This turn of the century frame house with brick front has been rebuilt from the inside out. Brand new steel I-beam at basement level along with new joists, flooring, electric, plumbing and split duct units for heating/cooling.  The stairs were completely rebuilt with red oak treads and finished with a walnut stain.  The original mahogany railing was restored and finished in walnut as well. Reclaimed antique doors and original decorative brick fireplaces have all been lovingly restored.  Each unit has their own dedicated boiler in the basement and controls their own heat.  Kitchens all have stainless steel Whirlpool appliances including dishwasher, bottom pull out freezer, double oven, and above range microwave. All units have their own Whirlpool Duet washer/dryers as well. Butcher block counter tops and subway tile backsplash round out the kitchens. Wide plank oak and hand scraped maple flooring  in the garden duplex and wide plank reclaimed pine in the 2 bed floor through and 3rd floor loft.  All  have their own outdoor space. 3rd floor has a 200 square foot roof deck and so does the 2nd floor 2 bedroom.
