This turn of the century frame house with brick front has been rebuilt from the inside out. Brand new steel I-beam at basement level along with new joists, flooring, electric, plumbing and split duct units for heating/cooling.  The stairs were completely rebuilt with red oak treads and finished with a walnut stain.  The original mahogany railing was restored and finished in walnut as well.
