Amazing location. 1 1/2 blocks to the R,F,G subway lines at 4th ave and 9th street--20 minutes to mid town Manhattan.  Four short blocks to Brooklyn's first Whole Foods Market with 20,000 square foot rooftop garden. This turn of the century frame house with brick front has been rebuilt from the inside out. Brand new steel I-beam at basement level along with new joists, flooring, electric, plumbing and split duct units for heating/cooling.  The stairs were completely rebuilt with red oak treads and finished with a walnut stain.  The original mahogany railing was restored and finished in walnut as well.
